Purpose of the Contract

These terms and conditions regulate the purchase and sale of the products offered in our online store. The customer declares that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Products and Availability

The available products are displayed with a detailed description and their final price including VAT.

Product availability is subject to stock. If any product is unavailable after purchase, Moppi&co will contact the customer to offer an alternative or the corresponding refund.

Prices and Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit or debit card, Visa and Mastercard, through a secure payment gateway, Getnet, Santander.

Bank details are never stored on our website.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Once the order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Spain: 3 to 5 business days.

Other destinations: 3 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and the selected delivery service.

Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier incidents, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any delay will not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, all orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date the order is confirmed.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a third party appointed by the customer other than the carrier, receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email at pedidos@moppiandco.com before the withdrawal period expires, clearly stating their decision and including the order number and contact details.

The customer must return the product within 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal request is communicated.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the product. Moppi & Co will cover the return costs when the product received is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not correspond to the order.

Returned products must include all their components and accessories. Customers may inspect the product as they would in a physical shop but will be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Once the returned product has been received and checked, the refund will normally be processed within 7 business days. In all cases, the refund will be issued without undue delay and within the legally established period. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or the customer provides proof that it has been sent back.

The refund will include the price paid for the product and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

This exclusion does not affect the customer’s statutory rights when a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the purchase contract.

Personalised Products

In the case of personalised or made to order products, returns will not be accepted unless the products have manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Moppi&co.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish and European legislation on consumers and electronic commerce.

In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
